Our expertise

Pressing

Precision shaping of metal components. From building a unique mould to pressing high-quality sheet metal.

Laser cutting

The CNC-controlled laser cutters in Avasco's workshop efficiently make complex and jagged shapes up to a sheet thickness of 15 mm with the highest accuracy. With or without engraving of the components.

Punching

Our CNC-controlled punching machines punch pieces fully automatically with automatic infeed and outfeed. Piercing and wire tapping are also possible.

Bending

On our bending machines, metalwork is given the desired shape, without welding, finishing operations or loss of material.

Profiling

Profiling or roll forming is the best guarantee for strong L, T or U profiles. Avasco is also able to produce other profiles for your production if necessary.

Powder coating

Metalwork in the desired colour, with a durable character and tidy finish.

Assembly

Revetting, clinching, rivet nuts, etc. We assemble the carefully manufactured metal sheet parts with the same accuracy, according to your wishes.

Turning and milling

CNC-controlled machines perform all turning and milling work, including highly complex components with strict requirements.

Moulds

For the perfect shape of your components, all moulds are made in-house.
